David is reknowned for his sense of humour and brilliant comic timing
and has made a number of hilarious cameo appearances in various shows.
He has teamed up with his good friend and ex Doctor Who co star
Catherine Tate a couple of times, the most recently being for his role in Nan's Christmas Carol. He has also taken part in
numerous comedy sketches for shows such as The Friday Night Project.
In September 2011 he guest starred in the new Sky Atlantic comedy,
This Is Jinsy.
